"I love these bars! They taste great and fulfill their need- satisfy hunger & provide energy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it’s messy to eat! Not sticky just crumbly. The bar is fragile because of the seed content (which I love). After bouncing in my purse I needed a spoon to clean up the good stuff. I absolutely would recommend these bars, even with the issue of crumbs it’s well worth it."
