Our bars are made with a handful of organic ingredients- mostly nuts and seeds- and lightly sweetened with coconut nectar (not refined sugar). Our bars have a unique crunchy texture, because we believe that food should be as close as possible to its natural state. We are the only crunchy nut bar in the market with real ingredients, no added flavors, preservatives or sugar alcohols.

We offer two sizes for our crunchy bars: snack size (1.0 oz) & share size (2.4 oz). Our snack size is the perfect amount for a snack on the go. Even though you won’t want to share it, our share size is broken into five easy pieces for sharing.

Snack size: 130-150 calories, 6g-7g of protein, 2g-3g of fiber, and 3-4g of sugars (from coconut nectar)Share size: 280-320 calories, 14g-16g of protein, 4g-7g of fiber, and 8-10g of sugars (from coconut nectar).

Coconut blossom nectar is a natural sweetener derived from the sap of coconut tree blossoms. We chose coconut blossom nectar to sweeten our snacks because it is natural and minimally processed. Coconut blossom nectar helps keep blood sugar levels stable and is a healthier alternative to refined sugars. It is also Certified Organic, fair trade, and sustainably sourced.

We give a crunch about every ingredient. Our bars are made with only real food ingredients, and have no oils, gluten, soy, dairy, sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, or flavors.

Crispy Puffs are a light, satisfying, nourishing snack. Each bite is packed with nutrient-dense, organic ingredients like pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa, and flaxseeds. They’re perfect for snacking on-the-go or for a mid-morning pick me up. From sweet Cinnamon Apple to savory Everything and classic Salty Sweet, there’s a flavor for every mood.

Our Crispy Puffs are made with nut-free ingredients. However, they are made in a facility that also processes peanuts and other tree nuts. We have recently removed sesame seeds from our Crispy Puffs.

By law, we cannot exchange opened or unopened food items, however, if it is determined the product is below our high standards, we will  provide a replacement product.
