The best exercise is the one you will actually do. Find some time today to go for a walk, a quick hike, a bike ride, enjoy some yoga or do a quick workout in your living room. The goal is at least 20 minutes of physical activity, bonus points if it's outdoors (YAY VITAMIN D!). Need some inspiration? Check out the 3 at-home workout apps we are loving!
